UI/Graphic/Layout Designer and Back-End Developer
Over the course of fourteen years I have worked on many web projects. Below are only a few samples of the design/development work. Primarily, the focus has been on Front-End design/development (user interface mocks, HTML/XML, Javascript, Flash/Actionscript) and Back-End development (PHP, very basic .NET, and on rare occasions PERL) utilizing databases such as MySQL and some use of SQL Server. I have used Apache but am more versed with IIS as of late.
The websites below, also, include different features I implemented such as:
Rooms Alive - Virtual Design Studio (Actionscript Mode7 game engine) that has the ability to load in any product or product size with any rotation from any vendor into any room created in 3DS Max or Maya using 3D camera coordinate system from either package. It can composite images and allow them to be saved to a user desktop or database. It, also, saves their information for later retrieval. It has a debugger that can track download speeds and whether there is a database flaw or with a product. It receives data via JSON encoded strings from the back-end and global/room XML files from the front-end. Based on the SQL Server lay ordering the VDS can determine what type of product it is and whether there are items to occlude in the composite.
Building EISAI - Bi-weekly quiz including member tracking (open for 24 hours before shutting down quiz) and user interface that is completely dynamic to the user so they can even hide navigational Flash buttons. Included leaderboard and prize offerings to highest percentage group. Would have on avg. 400-800 users in the first 2 hours. This site implemented dynamically created php xml pages so that even the xml was database driven.
The Church of Christ - Members area, bulletin sign-ups, local street camera map view, Flash bibles dynamically loaded in, Flash bible keyword search, Flash bible dictionary, daily scrolling memory verses, and user tracking read a bible in a year based on four different ways.
Peg-Intron, Megace ES, MDR, and Virtual Trainer - Online virtual presentations with certifications and online time tracking for each presentation. Quizzes are involved with sites like these.
AngioMax On-Call and Cleviprex - Have grouped members area (Manager, Speaker, and Rep) with interactive US faculty map, calendar events, and profiles.
Vaprisol - Webcast with audio and slide changed remotely by presenter/admin only. User signup and login to gain access at specific times.
Aggrenox Map Editor - Was more of a developmental online Flash app than a UI design. It would take a city/state and use google maps to overlay a map so you could manually place a dot or have it automatically place a dot in the location based on locating the google marker and then you could fine tune it. This would enable you to export the coordinates on the Flash map to the clipboard so you could add it to an xml file (faculty/company) for use on any of our interactive maps.
Superman/Star Wars theme - Made around 2006-2007 was a sample application page to replace a social site homepage with a Flash page that included screen scape comments, local weather information, mp3 audio cycling, background changes, etc. via dynamically loaded data from xml & php.
